Bob Schmidts Story

My personal adventure in roofing began in 1986 when I found a job as a general laborer through the classified ads. My mother always said, "Be honest, do good work, and you'll always be successful"—words I've lived by throughout my career. After mastering the trade in the field, I moved into administration and sales, where I won a national sales contest and traveled extensively to learn and teach sales techniques.

In 2000, I decided to start my own business from the ground up, and Bob Schmidt Roofing was born. I've personally installed thousands of roofs throughout my career, and I still oversee every project we undertake. I appreciate all my customers and make it a point to personally thank each one after their project is complete.

I'm a family man—married with children and a homeowner. When I'm not working, I enjoy diving, skiing, and traveling. I'm also proud to be in recovery since January 19, 1994, having overcome addiction and homelessness in my past. I value my time and yours above all else.
